Kevin Franke - OLEA

Local restauranteur, Kevin Franke, is our guest this week. He is one of five owners of four restaurants in Orange County. We recorded this episode inside the beautiful dining room of OLEA in Newport Beach near Westcliff Court off of 17th St. 

We talk about how the Covid 19 shutdown has affected his four restaurants and the way they pivoted to curbside pickup, to go and delivery as a fine dining restaurant group.
